We are a Christian community, therefore everything we say and do will be grounded in the love of the Father, the forgiveness of the Son and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
Our words, our actions and our attitudes will be connected and reflect the mind, heart and attitude of the Lord Jesus.
We will be motivated by the love of God, love for each other, love for the people around us, and love for ourselves in recognition that God truly loves us unconditionally.
We will be honest about our strengths and our weaknesses and we will consider the wellbeing of others rather than putting ourselves first.
Everyone will be welcome and all that we do will be accessible.
We are open to change and welcome the possibilities of growth. We will not put tradition before authenticity and we will not be afraid to try new things – even if they fail.
We will remain true to God and to each other. We will honour our commitments and we will be honest with each other and those around us. We will submit ourselves as individuals and as a community to the authority of the Scriptures.
At the beginning of the world God gave us everything! We messed up so he gave us His Son Jesus. Jesus gave his life for us on the cross of Calvary. His life, in us, calls us to have a generous heart; so we aim to place no limit on God working out His generosity through us.
